Program description
The Coverage Myth Lab SMS Program delivers Account Notifications and Marketing text messages from Coverage Myth Lab. The program is limited to the following purpose: Send account notifications related to a Coverage Myth Lab subscription (opt-in and opt-out confirmations, guide delivery, content access updates, HELP replies) and, only with separate consent, recurring marketing messages announcing new Coverage Myth Lab guides, quizzes, tools, and featured website resources. Each category requires its own separate, unchecked checkbox. Coverage Myth Lab is not an insurance company or agent, and messages never include quotes, sales offers, or agent outreach.
Message categories
- Account Notifications (Varies with account activity): Subscription confirmations, guide delivery, content access updates, opt-out confirmations, and HELP replies.
- Marketing (Up to 4 msgs/month): Announcements about new Coverage Myth Lab myth vs. fact guides, quizzes, featured website resources, and special campaigns.
Opt-in method
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking one or both unchecked SMS category boxes on our SMS Updates page. Entering a phone number alone does not create consent.
First message
After opting in you will receive: "Coverage Myth Lab: You are subscribed. Account notifications vary with activity; marketing messages (if selected) up to 4/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
Message frequency
Frequency depends on the categories selected, as stated above.

STOP instructions
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "Coverage Myth Lab: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
HELP instructions
Reply HELP for help. You will receive: "Coverage Myth Lab: Help with your subscription. Contact support@coveragemythlab.com or +1 (307) 243-7642. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number. The program is available to US mobile numbers.
